  • The perception that alcohol use is socially acceptable correlates with the fact that more than 80% of American youth consume alcohol before their 21st birthday.
  • The signs of alcohol poisoning include but are not limited to blue-tinged or pale skin, stupor, low body temperature, seizures, slow or irregular breathing or passing out; it is not necessary for all of these symptoms to be present before seeking help.
